Caroline Hughes BA (Hons) Humanistic & Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Dip. Humanistic & Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Certificate qualifications in Bereavement Counselling, Art Therapy and CBT.

I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2000, accredited with the National Association for Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy. I trained in bereavement counselling with the Bereavement Counselling Service of Ireland.

In my work I focus on issues such as anxiety, stress, panic, fear, self-esteem, relationships and bereavement. I am currently undertaking a diploma in Adolescent Psychotherapy. I work with clients in a collaborative and integrative way, my personal style is relaxed with a sense of humour - the establishment of a good relationship is central to our work. I work with individuals on a one to one basis and have experience in a variety of client settings, individual and group. I work in private practice and in a voluntary capacity.
